Issues! Ltd was formed in 1992. Initially, we were simply a small company, supplying actors to businesses for role-play based training courses. Our clients were businesses, corporations and banks, which used our actors to train their staff in Customer Care, Discrimination and Dismissal Training.

Gradually, we found ourselves working more and more with the Police Services (The City Of London Police Force, in particular - whose Training Department now has a reputation for being the most forward-thinking and innovative in the country).Issues! supplied actors to take part in courses on Cognitive Interview Technique, Statement Gathering, Vulnerable Witness Procedure and Arrest Protocol.

As the Police Services became steadily more accountable to their employers and employees, the need for an innovative form of training that achieved the highest of standards became necessary. Issues! Ltd became instrumental in implementing new forms of training, from Scenario-Based Classroom Courses to Character Driven Training for more practical purposes, such as the staging of sieges to Informant Handler Training.

The work we were doing for the Police Services became more varied and challenging as new legislations and procedures needed fast and effective implementation. New methods for training had to be found. 'Diversity' became a new and important word in our vocabulary, as the list of "isms" to be considered grew on a daily basis. As the need for 'Diversity' training grew, so did our client-base and we've found ourselves implementing training programmes that were originally created for the Police Services - for businesses, corporations, charities, education authorities, banks and councils.

Since 1992 Issues! has grown from a company who solely provided actors, to a fully functioning multimedia training company. We now have a team of Course Developers, Scriptwriters, Facilitators, Actors, TV Production Staff, Theatre Production Staff and Editors.

We have been involved in the production of a wide variety of events from small, classroom sized training courses to full - scale theatrical productions and interactive DVDs

Issues! Ltd began as a small - scale agency providing professional actors for use in public and private sector training. Over a decade later, our aim is to provide innovative training, meeting the needs of any corporation and at a standard that is worthy of Police Forces working in Great Britain today.
